Fyrst Round was ill-conceived after our last live performance in February, 2020, before the Bilge Lung Plague forced us to abandon ship like the rats we are. For two unbearable nights, in front of the owners, staff and team of the Waredaca Brewery in rural MD, we played to full houses of reprobates, rapscallions and raparees who were only slightly drunker than us. We took the opportunity to record all painful six hours with the hopes that we may find just enough material to produce a recording. We found enough for two and this is the Fyrst Round of those efforts. See what we did there? Consider it a sampling. Something with which to wet your whistles (not your weasels). So that's that. Some music including a never before performed song we arranged the day of the gig. As a BONUS, we have our Jack reading excerpts from The Captain Takes an Alcoholiday, because we want to sell more books.
